Albos Law has secured a favorable ruling for its client in Sabadell in the context of a highly sensitive child custody modification proceeding initiated by his ex-wife, involving their two minor children (Ruling No. 16/2025, dated January 14, issued by the Court of First Instance No. 8 of Sabadell).

Our client initially contacted us to enforce the existing custody agreement due to repeated breaches by the custodial mother, who had been obstructing the visitation schedule with his children, resulting in a growing emotional distance between them. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to negotiate with the other party, we proceeded with the filing of an enforcement claim against the mother. However, she strategically filed a motion to modify custody measures in an effort to suspend the enforcement action.

After many months and various procedural steps, a judicial agreement was finally reached. This agreement will allow the father to gradually rebuild his relationship with his children under supervision at the Neutral Exchange Point (Punt de Trobada), while also establishing proportional and fair measures for all parties involved.

Albos Law has a team of professionals with extensive experience in handling family law proceedings and is well-equipped to manage complex cases in this area.
