Founding partner of Albos Law. Attorney-at-law Bar member number 42.442 of the Barcelona Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona). 1. Law degree from Universitat Rovira i Virgili de Tarragona of 2008-2013.

 

He began his work experience in a multidisciplinary law firm of recognized prestige throughout Spain, specifically at its headquarters in Barcelona, specializing in procedural and civil law in general from December 2014 to March 2021. In September 2017 he was appointed commercial director of the firm’s headquarters in Barcelona.

 

Likewise, in May 2018 he was responsible for the Data Protection Department of the firm’s headquarters in Barcelona. Finally, in October 2018 he was appointed office manager, consolidating his experience as a procedural lawyer, specialist in the civil field, and specifically in banking law, defence of consumers and users, as well as data protection law.

 

In March 2021 and until September of the same year, he served as a senior procedural lawyer in another law firm located in Barcelona and Montcada, consolidating his experience in the processing of insurance, traffic accidents, real estate, civil and family liability cases, among others.

 

In December 2021, he decided to start a professional project on his own, founding the law firm ALBOS LAW, a registered trademark, and acting under the legal form of the professional limited company ALBOSLAW SLP.

• He has given lectures in data protection for staff training of Unive Abogados, as well as in other institutions such as Iltre. Salamanca Bar Association and the Baix Camp Regional Council, among others.

Louise Lindberg
partner & legal counsel

Louise is responsible for Albos Law’s international clients and has a broad legal background with a degree in international law.

 

During her studies, she interned at both Swedish and Spanish law firms, which gave her valuable insights into the differences between Swedish and Spanish law. She has also worked at real estate agencies in both Marbella and Barcelona, where she assisted with property transactions, as well as at a law firm, where she provided legal advice to Scandinavian clients in areas such as family law, wills, tax law, and corporate law.

 

Louise also has experience as a Senior Compliance Associate at a multinational tech company and has furthered her education in Spanish tax law and accounting.

 

With her language skills and an extensive international network, Louise is particularly well-equipped to provide legal advice that spans both business and personal matters for international clients. At Albos Law, she offers tailored solutions that are both practically feasible and legally sustainable, always adapted to the clients’ specific needs and circumstances.
